Professional Career

Over the last five years, I have worked to gain experience, knowledge and skills to advance my career in strategic business development, sales, marketing, client service, corporate development, and shareholder and equity management. 

In 2016, I began my career as a sales and marketing intern at Forward Health Group (FHG), a healthcare technology company based in Madison, WI. Following graduation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I was hired full-time to work under the CEO as a sales operations associate. Within a year, I assumed the additional role of Corporate Development Analyst working on key projects in business partnerships, shareholder relations, capital management, and rigorous fundraising and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) processes.

In early 2020, I joined M3 Insurance Solutions, a top 50 insurance broker in the United States, as a Business Insurance Associate. I was selected to be a part of their career development program, M3YOU. M3YOU is an accelerated, rotational career development program focused on leveraging your existing experience while expanding your business skills, sales acumen and industry knowledge. Early in my tenure, my aptitude and excitement for M&A was recognized and I was asked to partner with our newly hired Director of Reps & Warranties to stand up M3's Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. Since the inception of the practice group, we have evaluated more than $1 billion of transactions and placed in excess of $2M in premium.

Moving forward, I am seeking to join a dynamic organization that empowers individuals and cross-functional teams to bring creative strategies and solutions to the market in order to drive the business forward.

Passion Project

Since 2015 I have been a certified CrossFit coach. This role has allowed me to understand the positive impact that health, fitness and communities of support can have on the well-being of individuals and groups of people. It has been one of the greatest privileges of my life to help build and lead a community of people from all walks of life who have chosen to rally around a common interest. As a coach and community leader, I have gained many lessons on leadership, compassion, teamwork, and how foster strong relationships with people of diverse backgrounds. I have a deep passion and desire for building health and fitness communities and bringing the countless benefits of a healthy lifestyle to as many people as possible.
